* Note: Roadway travel behavior has been impacted by the Coronavirus in this quarter. The IMAP program has reduced IMAP operations beginning in April, to cut costs. IMAP drivers went from constantly patrolling routes 100 percent of the time to only patrolling at 50 percent. IMAP drivers were encouraged to park at fire departments, police departments, or other safe places while waiting for a dispatch call.

Methodology Notes:

1.       Service type by region: Traffic Control is counted only for each IMAP stop which did not have one of the five named service types: Tagged Vehicle, Checked Welfare, Tire, Removed Debris, or Fuel. If the stop also does not contain Traffic Control as a service, then the service for that stop is counted as Other.
